you play with the wolves but you sleep with the bones of the rabbit

oh myyyyyyy god what a weekend.
Saturday saw one of the biggest storms to hit Melbourne since forever, it was sunny in the morning but by 2pm the sky was grim and it wasn't long before huge winds and heavy rain, thunder and lightning (and hail in some places! as big as tennis balls!) had descended. Needless to say, I stayed inside; silently celebrating the lack of sun, watching Finding Nemo.
Sunday I spent with Nicole, at Pushover; a music festival in Abbotsford Convent in Melbourne each March. I definitely reccomend everyone goes; we got to meet the members of some of my favourite bands - Yves Klein Blue,

and Young Heretics. Just for the record; they're all very lovely and very attractive.
It was a  great day made all the better by the weather. You guessed it, more rain.
 I love the rain!
I expect to see you all there next year!

this post is dedicated to yve

I'm just going to talk up Melbourne a bit actually. I'm sitting in school, writing blog posts instead of studying and all I really want to do is go shopping. Smith Street is calling me!
I just got paid and I want my disposable income disposed of immediately. Melbourne has such amazing shopping for anyone, no matter what their tastes.

Yeah sorry I actually have nothing to say. How awkward.
I'm loving year 12 at the moment; all my subjects make me happy :)
unfortunately one history teacher is the proverbial thorn in my side. But I'll deal. Not long from now I'll be out of here, travelling the world.

I bought the most amazing jacket in Paris; I'll get some photos up of it soon. Its like curtain material, but gold and green; and with all biker jacket zips all over it. I like it

seriously, just do it.
